FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You do not need to prepare in a specific way. You can come as you are.

If it supports you, you can:

    • Drink water

    • Choose a quiet space

    • Wear something comfortable

    • Set a simple intention

There is nothing you need to get right before we begin

  • Yes.

If something comes up, a thought, a memory, a sensation, you can share it.

What feels unrelated is often connected.

This is not a passive experience. We are working together.

  • There is no single way this presents.

Some people feel sensations in the body.
    Some experience emotion moving.
Some see images, colors, or symbols.
    Some receive insight or clarity.

Some feel very little during the session and notice change afterward.

    All of these are valid.

  • That does not mean nothing is happening.

Not all shifts are felt in the moment.

You may notice changes later in your thoughts, your responses, or what no longer feels the same.

The work does not depend on sensation.

  • The session does not end when we stop speaking.

Your system continues to process and adjust.

    You may notice:

    • More space where there was tension

    • Emotional movement

    • Fatigue or increased clarity

    Support your system by:

    • Drinking water

    • Resting if needed

    • Allowing what is moving without trying to control it

There is nothing you need to force.

  • That is not uncommon.

Emotion moving does not mean something is wrong.

It often means something is releasing.

You do not need to analyze it. Just allow it to move.

  • Sometimes.

Some people notice a shift right away. Others experience change over time.

This depends on what is being worked with and how your system integrates it.

There is no advantage to it happening quickly.

  • No.

    Sessions are not recorded.

  • No.

This work supports your overall system, but it does not replace medical or mental health care.

  • That depends on what you are working with.

Some people come for a single session. Others choose to work over time.

If something has been present for a long time, it is often layered.

We will see what is needed as we go.

  • Most people benefit from spacing sessions to allow integration.

This may be one to several weeks between sessions.

    There is no fixed timeline

  • This work engages the energetic field that exists beyond what is visible.

I work intuitively within that field, using light-based frequencies and light language to interact with what is held in your system.

    This may include:

    • Patterns that repeat

    • Energy that has not been released

    • Imprints that did not begin with you

The work is not mechanical. It is responsive.

We follow what is present and what is ready to shift.

  • Yes.

This work is not dependent on background or prior experience.

It is most supportive for those who are ready to look at what is present and allow change to occur.

  • No.

    Belief is not required.

Willingness helps, but the work does not depend on you understanding it.

  • Light language is a form of communication that does not rely on structured words.

It works through frequency rather than meaning.

It interacts directly with your system, often reaching places that are not easily accessed through conversation.

You do not need to understand it for it to be effective.

  • As your system changes, you may notice physical, emotional, or mental shifts.

    These can include:

    • Fatigue

    • Emotional movement

    • Changes in perception or awareness

These are not something to pursue or amplify.

  • The hawk has been present throughout my life.

It appears during times when something is shifting or asking to be seen more clearly.

There was a period when a hawk remained outside my window for hours during a difficult time. That experience stayed with me.

    The name reflects that presence.

It represents clarity, perspective, and seeing what is not immediately obvious.
