Thank you for choosing Red Hawk Light Healing. This Cancellation/Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are offered for services.

Eligibility for Refunds

This work is intentional. Sometimes, we are guided to not follow through with a session. If you want to cancel your session, please provide me with as much notice as possible. You will be refunded for your session if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance by contacting shea@redhawklighthealing.com.

Non-refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable. This includes sessions not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, sessions missed without notice, or sessions that have already taken place. This also includes digital products and downloadable content.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your account.

Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation/Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
